Hiring Your Salespeople is More Art than Science

There’s no exact science to picking the right salespeople. At its core, interviewing and hiring are really more art than science and a lot of trial and error. But at the end of the day, you are the one who needs to make the decision, so make the decision when all the data is collected. You alone, the hiring manager, is the one who is responsible.
A word of caution, I guarantee you that you will get fooled by people and you will make hiring mistakes, it’s inevitable. It happens to everyone…and it has certainly happened to me. One thing is true, there’s only way you can be 100% sure you won’t make a bad hire: Never hire at all!

Don’t be so afraid to make the wrong decision that you never pull the trigger to hire. At some point you will have to make a decision. Gather all your data, use the tips that follow in this course and make the offer.
